Return: Product found defective to be returned within 3 days of receipt along with image and video of defective product to Manager@kaalicolors.com

Product cannot be exchanged for color variation 

Refund Policy: within 5 business days from receipt of defective product and confirmation from Store, payment shall be online. It shall be settled within 5 business days timeline from mutual approval on defect of product.
