The price of the product can change anytime, without prior notice, we are not liable for any change in price or services to you or third party or for suspension of our services.

Kaali Colors make every effort to make every transaction smooth and satisfactory and our every  effort shall be to provide you complete and accurate information ,in case of any error, we take immediate step to correct it.

Purchase Procedure: Choose the Item and add to Cart, by clicking corresponding icon, The transaction shall provide you the details of item chosen, cost etc .  Kindly share the details of complete information needed for smooth delivery ,i.e., name , address, pin code and contact details of the delivery location.  

Purchases to be  paid by using the payment modes mentioned in the website, any other method which are not listed in website are not applicable/shall not be entertained.

If the information stated is not accurate, we are not responsible, however we request you to reconfirm before taking decision to avoid risks.

RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT ORDER

Kaalicolors shall have full right to cancel any confirmed order, if found, in the event of technical error and/or in case of typing error in prices/stock/any other details of the product on the webpage when the order was placed.  Kaali Colors request customer to connect with Manager@kaalicolors with any suggestions with regard to purchase procedure.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

Any products to be delivered subject to availability in stock, incase Kaalicolors warehouse detects no stocks of any product, for any unforeseen reasons, the same shall be informed to customer and amount shall be refunded within 5 days from order placed. When our security informs the order may be fradulent, ,the reasons to indicate if the user is minor, if Kaalicolors unable to deliver the product to the mentioned address. Kaali colors shall reimburse the total amount.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Kaali Colors is not responsible for any payment done by customer but amount not received by Kaali Colors account, Customer is fully responsible for the incomplete transaction by any error or technical error at their side .

DELIVERY

Product is delivered on the address - when the payment is complete and delivery address and contact number is complete and the location is having arrangement for delivery through the service providers-

In case any issue due to unavoidable circumstances, same shall be informed to customer on the phone number recorded in our website during login/during purchase transaction. Incase of customer unavailable , the msg shall be communicated via sms

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

About Return is given in our return policy. Customer needs to share the image and video of defective product as mentioned in our Return Policy. Exchange shall be at customers wish and also subject to availability of stock
